Is it really this hard for Obama to find a copy of his COLB?
Berg does not want his COLB -- he wants Obama to produce the long (vault) copy of his birth certificate, naming the hospital and the doctor, giving his birth weight, etc.
They are arguing more in this case than just a COLB. The best legal option is to decline the case.
