Kirk: I stood to up Bush and I love medicare.
It's the richest district in the state I'm not sure medicare is what Kirk should be focusing on.
Don Young in Alaska, I've surprised he's that close, he could actually win with Palin coattails.
Shea-Porter is a moonbat who barley upset the popular Bradley, she should trailing by 9 but is up 9.
Chabot in Ohio, impressively hung on in '06 with the help of the local GOP machine.

I really hope the next Republican House Speaker isn’t in second grade right now.
My guess right now would be that the Dems pick up 15-20 House Seats and 4-5 Senate Seats and McCain wins the White House.
Thus, the only option McCain will have is to “Be Bipartisan!” and he so proudly loves to say.

mcCain has a bit of a narrative, being able to prove he anticipated the housing market crisis by trying to regulate Fannie and Freddie , now identifying stabilizing the housing market as central to the economy recovering. But that doesn’t matter as much as those who have recently turned to BO not hearing anything at all that would reinforce their decision.
McCain may consider reminding people of the virtues of divided government. Many people don’t even realize the Rats control Congress!
A divided government is great as long as either the Executive or Legislative Branch in Controlled by Conservatives.
However, that will not happen with McCain in the WH and the Dems controlling Congress.
