Where is the word President in that Amendment? Neal's statement was that voting for President is not a right. He is right Ahhh! Yup, correcteemundo. The Electoral College, meaning the States, vote for the President. All I saw was "vote", so . . . .LOL!

A quick addendum:
I've seen references on other forums about how the Constitution gives us rights, and it just bowls me over to think that people fall for this. I know it's what they teach them in school these days, but the Constitution grants us, the people, NO rights. We, the people, through our Constitution, give the government SOME rights to ensure a fair and equitable system for everyone.
