I hope someone in the McCain camp is reading this right now.

Why would anyone in the McCain Camp be at all interested in the opinions posted on a “Conservative” Internet Forum?

The only way I would support B. Hussein Osama winning the election, is that it might speed up time for the Rapture.

1) This has never been about McCain. It has always been about Obama. He hasn't closed the deal. Every day that goes by without him closing makes it more likely his radical stuff will start sticking.

2)Whatever McCain does, or doesn't, do, the internals I keep seeing on individual polls cannot accumulate to an Obama win: he's trailing Kerry's pace among Catholics, behind Kerry among Jews by 15%, behind Kerry in key parts of OH (Montgomery Co., where he's 2% behind), actually behind Kerry a little bit among blacks (!!)---and way behind Algore among blacks---and barely even among independents.

No Dem can win with these kinds of internals, I don't care what the "big polls" show.

I’m not the happiest with McCain either, but I see the tide turning here. Ayres is getting HUGE traction. And Obama and his people are lying about it repeatedly. There are like 5 scandals just as bad as Ayres...

Who the hell is this drama queen anyway? I’ve never seen his name before.

Its the ECONOMY stupid! To say nothing of McCain’s lackluster campaign. Don’t get me started on his theatrics at the end of September (if you are going to “save the country”, you better have a plan of your own Johnny Mac!).

McCain let endless opportunities for a knockout punch fly by last night at the debate without even looking like he knew the opportunity existed.

Yep. This is McCain's biggest problem. He's got a reputation for being a short tempered hot-head. It's time to let that part of him out for a short stroll. Bottom line is that you don't win elections by playing patty-cake (or bipartisanship as he likes to call it) with the other side. You win by crushing the other side.

I’ve never seen or heard anything that suggests he’s behind either Kerry or Gore with blacks and that seems rather impossible. Do you have a source for that one?

You do have to factor in though where the race is being fought. The fact that we are having to run ads, spend money, and make visits in my state of North Carolina is a bad thing. This is a state that is never in contention this late. Same with Virgina. That is looking to be a tough fight at this point what with the states changing demographics. At the moment the states that both are contesting hard tend to be states that went red last time and a lot of those are big states. Don’t look to the big polls. Follow the McCain money.

Summarized in a sentence: Obama is lying, but McCain won’t fight back.
