It'll be tough enough to drag Sam over the finish line even with Palin pushing him. I just don't know if we an save conservatism from Sam and his gang of thirteen administration if elected.
Well, here’s the good things about McCain:
1) he’ll never let the troops down, not unless he wants a couple of dead kids to mourn over.
2) Palin will keep conservative values forever on the agenda (social values, that is).
3) The socialist streak that McCain is engaging in is simply to capture the wave of “the sky is falling” stuff that is going around. I think once the dust settles, things turn out to be ok, he’ll come to somewhat more of his somewhat missing senses.
Bad points about McCain:
1) he still things he can make them like him. He still wants to be loved by the left, and he’ll never get it because even their own leaders don’t get that (cut to Code Pink breaking into Pelosi’s offices and protesting).
2) see number 1 (aka number 2)
