It seems Democrat VP candidate Joe Biden is so low-profile in comparison to the now world-famous Sarah Palin, that even his own rally hype-men can’t remember who he is.
Biden was introduced at a Democrat rally as “The next vice-president of the United States… John McCain!”
Earlier Biden had accused his more prominent Republican rival of "injecting fear and loathing" into an increasingly heated Whitehouse campaign, by suggesting Barack Obama had terrorist links.
Biden dismissedallegations of unsavoury ties between Obama and William Ayers, former leader of "The Weathermen," a domestic terror group.
"It's just malarkey - flat malarkey," Biden said.
"Barack Obama was eight years old when this guy was engaging in activities he was engaged in," said Biden.
"He is no part of our campaign. He will be no part of anything having to do with the White House."
Biden also struck out at a recent Republican rally where Obama’s middle name ‘Hussein’ had been used.
"I think it's mildly dangerous," he said.
"I mean, here you have out there these kinds of, you know, incitements out there -- a guy introducing Barack using his middle name as if it's some epitaph or something.
"This is over the top."

This has got to be one of the dumbest lines I've heard repeated by so many dems. No one cares how old Obama was when Ayers was blowing things up. The point is, morons, he was 30 when he aligned himself with this guy...and I don't understand why no one comes back at these goofs explaining that.
It’s his fracking name Biden, if you can’t say the middle name of a presidential candidate, what kind of absurdity is that?
On a related invisible Biden note, saw a new (blech) Obama yard sign on my way home today, dark blue background, obama in white, and Biden in a blue just a little lighter than the background, you could barely see it LOL! It was obviously intentional.
I don’t get that line either. So what if someone were friends with an unrepentant Nazi war criminal? But was only a child when the war crimes were committed. No big deal then? Huh?
What I want to know is did Biden then start talking about his years when he was a prisoner in the Hanoi Hilton?

So, yes, Joe. It is thin, flat, baloney that we all can see through. BTW, that statement, Joe, is NO defense for associating with a pathological sociopath for many years.
