But getting into contentious arguments with my 70+ year old aunt and uncle, ultimately not changing their way of thinking one iota, and in the process alienating myself from them, is a waste of time and not the path to the goal to which you’re referring.

Thanks, you’re exactly right. I don’t know if McCain is either up to it or gets it.

I don’t know if he’s going to get it in time or just continue being a noble, nice guy,......loser. And I’m voting for him like my life depends on it, but he’s got to pony up some balls and start taking no prisoners or he’s going to lose.

Personally, I think Sarah Palin should be the Presidential candidate, not McCain. Wish I didn’t feel that way.

What do you think her odds would be if she were the Pub POTUS candidate instead of the VP?

What’s going to happen to this country if Obambi wins? What’s going to happen if he DOESN’T win? Anyone want some odds on what happens if Obambi doesn’t win? Major riots, the worst the country has ever seen, coast to coast by all the “victims”.

This is the most important election of my lifetime, and I’m OLD.

I am also voting for the M / P ticket......Not all that happy about it either. But it beats the alternative.

I don't think Palin could win on top of the ticket....now.

I don't know what is gonna happen...I suspect if ZERO wins it won't be as bad as everyone here says....nor will it be as bad as many say...if he loses.

Riots? Sure..probably...some just need an excuse.

No one that I know of could have predicted ZERO's rise to "power".........

Geez, you sound just like me and my “friends” and relatives. I get nasty emails and warnings not to send any more “idiotic crap” about Franklin Raines, Obama or Ayers, etc. I’ve got tough independent self made women friends who hate Palin. Women just like her, and they HATE her? I don’t get it.

“Liberal” bias always trumps pragmatism and common sense. A bunch of mindless robots and slaves.

Is anybody out there voting for McCain/Palin? I’ve got friends that I wouldn’t believe were voting for Obambi and they ARE! Even gun owners. I just don’t get it.
