That is the point of the lawsuit........we need the information and judge is supposed to require the real stuff.
His mother was under 18, so he would not have citizenship because of hers if he were born in Kenya.
Secondly, when his Indonesian father adopted him, his birth certificate would have been reissued, and he would then have become Indonesian.
He would NOT have American citizenship if he was born in kenya because she was under 18?
If Indo daddy adopted him - he becomes Indo citizen and there is nor was any dual citi for USA or Indo then or now?

I hope Berg can put this one away. Obama not turning anything over leads me and Berg to believe Obama is not a citizen of the USA.
