Rev. Manning really sounds nervous. He is calling for a boycott of anyone and anything that supports Obama. He outright calls them fascists. He says Obama will destroy all the civil accomplishments made by African Americans.

I thank God for the stories that have made their way to my generation as well. Things have not always been easy here either, but at least people were free. I can only imagine what things were like under Mussolini.

Well, my bottom-line observation puts me in a lot of people's "whacko" category, but here goes. I believe that even if, by the mercy of God and a lot of good men and women fighting for right, we dodge the bullet this time, it is going to come to pass eventually. Why? Because it was all foretold in God's Word. It has to happen. What I don't believe, is that we should ever stop fighting and just roll over and allow it. "Evil occurs when good men do nothing". And the longer we can postpone it, the more time we have to try to pull other souls from the grasp of evil and ignorance.

I think you have your priorities straight!

You are not in my "whacko" category. Governments get in the way of Christ. They tax Christians and give the money to the poor. What happens? Some Christians get mad about being the victim of tax thieves, and some poor become indignant. When Christians give directly to the poor, they do Christ's work, they experience a spiritual blessing and where appropriate, have the chance to spread the Gospel.

There are some that believe that big government and Christianity go hand in hand. Yes, governments can and do benevolent things. On the other hand, centralized power allows leads to corruption, because as we have heard, "Absolute power corrupts absolutely." A centralized government at some point in time will become the devil's toy. Will it be in my lifetim? Who am I to say!

Wow. This Manning guy says it like it is. Here’s a video of him chastising blacks for resigning themselves to self-imposed slavery by accepting the concepts of Affirmative Action and placing their hopes in Barry Obama.
