Islam is not a race, however muslims do believe that kufir (non-muslims) are lesser animals (the offspring of pigs and monkeys), undeserving of equal rights and protectionsunder the laws of Islamic nations.
Also there are plenty of pinko white liberals who are anti-American. Believing someone to be anti-American does not mean that "race" is a factor in that assumption.
