This is the court document! Judge Surrick ruled against Obama and the DNC. Obama has till October 15th to produce his legal documents by order of the court!

First of all, are these ‘orders’ the same unsigned filings made by the plantiff? If so, then they are just filings, not orders.
Second, your links are not links, so learn to type simple HTML to link to the acutal documents. The first URL you give is cut off and not valid.

This has been posted several times. It is not a court order by the Judge. It is something Berg typed up hoping the Judge would sign it.
Sorry, haven’t posted articles before. I usually just read, but I’ve seen a lot of boards talking about his birth certificate without the detail of those links.
I was hoping one of the Freeper posting wizards could fix it.
How do you start over? Can you delete a board you started?

Some of the doctors and nurses who attended his Mom at his birth must still be alive...
If he had been born in a US hospital, surely someone would have come forward with proof etc...

The court “order” has not been signed.
Plaintiff has prepared two (2) separate “Proposed” Orders, one representing the Denial of Defendants Motion for Protective Order pending decision of dispositive Motion and in the alternative, a separate “proposed” order Granting in part and denying in part Ordering Defendants to turn over specific documents and Answer specific Requests for Admissions as stated above.Respectfully submitted,

Due to an abuse notification that there might be an actual signed order involved here, I am at least temporarily restoring this thread. But someone needs to put up clear links to signed documents for it to stay up - I’ll give it at least another hour.
We’ve had too many false alarms on this story.
or else what? Hussein is going to ignore court orders and laws. He’ll get away with it, because he is a democrat.
