Again, God will be at work in the outcome of the election to bring it into conformity to His purpose ... He won't pick and choose the outcome any more than He would the outcome of a High School football game - the two events are of about equal importance in the overall cosmic end game.

If Obama wins, at some point the country will wake up and say, "Oh, crap, what have I done."
If McCain wins, the republican party will be saying those words for the next four years.
We made this financial mess ourselves when we maxed our credit cards, bought ridiculously priced new cars while we were still upside down on our last new car boondoggle, and bought houses that were way above our salaries. We as a nation deserve what we are getting.
But if this nation thinks its bad now, just wait until the enablers of this current mess (Pelosi, Reid, Frank, Obama and company) are running things.
John McCain may be the star of amateur hour, but those idiots are still outside pushing on a door that has a "Pull" sign on it. The only trick they know is taking money from people who don't vote for them and giving it to the people that do. Throw that into this current mess and see what it gets us.
We are in no worse position now than we have traditionally been, we have won elections and landslides from worse positions.
