I saw this material yesterday and have asked several freepers if they are aware of what's going on and can enlighten us......Thought someone on this thread might have connection. The above information was from a blog and mentioned that a columnist in the Suntimes said Rescoe was cooperating with authorities.

If Fitzgerald indicts Giannoulias it will be a big deal for Obama.
Giannoulias has worked actively in Obama’s campaign and spoke at the Democratic convention.
It has long been alleged here in Chicago that Giannoulias’ bank was funded by the biggest bookmaker here in Chicago. If this comes to light in an indictment, the whole sordid pattern of Obama’s work in the State legislature will come under heightened scrutiny.
The biggest scandal about Obama IS NOT his dodgy dealings with Rezko and others. It his multi-year pattern of steering public money to politically connected but incompetent and/or corrupt developers.
The Chicago landscape is littered with abandoned projects that were built using public funds. Obama wants to scale-up these “public-private” partnerships on a national scale.
