I didn’t do river boats, but I like President Bush. The main problem with his Administration is that it was henpecked to the point of castration by many of the most influential constituents (same ones who chose Giuliani, Thompson and Palin...er, McCain). Do any of you remember the chain mails soliciting us to ask Sr. Republicans to put Secretary Rice in office? That’s only one example. Another is the uproar with the attack against putting Dr. Wade Horn in office (pro-family man in DHHS).
And we, of all people (trained to live in holes in the dirt and to work around the clock without sleep—see tagline), are expected to vote out of nothing more than fear of your Democrat soul mates. ...sorry, folks, but my kind know how to live in far rougher conditions than the rest of you.
For no legitimate reason, I was denied the right to continue my Republican voter registration, but I’ve been in countries where such practices were common in government. That environment wasn’t so scary to me, but it will be for you.
Its seeming like McCain doesnt really wanna defeat the marxists
Defeat them? he and Bill Krystol want to reach out to them.
I have a different spin on this: they might be sticking to the old saying: keep your friends close but your enemies closer./Just Asking - seoul62........
So there it is: another confirmation that the Republican Party has become the other anti-family party.

I’m not sure I follow. Are you saying that since the elections officials are dicking you around in your hometown, that the GOP does not care if you vote?
Here are links to my comments about the same in other threads. I’ll let the cat out of the bag in another comment in a few minutes. There have been more than enough readers and time in relevant threads.

Alright, here’s what should be the obvious answer. There hasn’t been any offer of advice or help to solve the registration problem from any Republican using this discussion board.
Not only that, if the clerks did it to me, they’re most likely doing the same to others. We see that something needs to be done about allowing such clerks to work in that office. But instead, the Republican Party continues to beg for votes from women like those clerks while insulting and eventually ignoring family men like me.
Now consider what the Democrats would do with the same registration situation for one of their own. They would jump in and have the law enforced (not to mention the stories about their violating the law to register illegal voters).
Do you see now? Our leaders do not want cohesiveness including healthy families. Hillary started saying about eight years ago that she wouldn’t run then or in 2004, but that she would run in 2008. She said that several times over the years. How did she know that she would get a stampede of support from both parties? That’s related and something to consider.
And BTW, Donna Shalala started gathering support to elect someone like Hillary when she was young. She worked at that all of her life, until Hillary’s boy was symbolically elected.
Well, I agree. The dems would be all over your case even if you were an illegal alien. But I’m not a republican, and I don’t know much about the way they operate internally. My assumption would be that there are lotsa party members here on FR that are heavily involved.
But maybe they all went bye bye during the Rudy wars. So I have no advice that would be helpful other than to raise a stink yourself or call your local GOP. They are hungry for votes, so they may help out.
Thank you for your honest concern and advice. I’m going to follow up on that. This was mainly a Republican area in Colorado, the last time that I looked at party affiliations of those elected.
On second reflection, I probably should not be trying vote a straight ticket from now on. Most people in both political parties and even pretentious third parties are now in favor of policies that are too libertine in some ways and too invasive in others. ...too much time and strife spent for years on defending against threats to our families, health and properties.
I haven’t followed the link in your tagline, yet, but will do so. Thanks again.
You’d be right at home in Falcon. We have lots planned in the coming months.
The FalconParty.com material looks very good so far, and I’ve read quite a bit of it there.
There are two topics that I didn’t find much content or any content about, yet, although it’s probably a little early to be expecting such discussion of odd details there. I don’t even expect you to have answers for these questions right away. They’re probably tough and unusual ones.
I’m no longer a Christian. Due to various experiences, attention to recent events and much study, I’m a Gentile student of Orthodox Judaism (only what is pertinent to Gentiles). Is there any Falcon Party belief that government should establish Christianity as a national religion? I do not pray to any other deity than G-d—not even to any other deity by association.
Here’s the second question preceded by general anecdote. My family and many others like us have been impeded in business and exercise for health (walks and the like) by demented, thieving meth zombies, loose, vicious pit bulls, and trendy public officials who support activities like those of the aforementioned under the guise of “liberty.” Would it be alright with the Falcon Party, if we enforced stricter laws against such problems? Or is the plan to deal with such problems by civil litigations only?
No, unlike the Constitution Party, we do not hold that the Constitution is based upon the New Testament or that there needs to be some official claim of us being a Christian nation.
We are a Christian nation because we are and always have been populated predominately by Christians. However, the fight to get God removed from the public square by atheists and liberals because they are “offended” or because they believe it to be unconstitutional is utter rubbish.
Thank you, and well said, Mr. P. I agree.
My family and I have to concentrate all of our resources on a project. Hopefully we’ll have that started next summer and will be of some help then (Freepmail). ...might send some links to transcribed documents involving President Washington (concerning religion, some written by him) between now and then.
