My contribution to Mccain will be to continue to help expose Obama as the commie POS he is.

Same here, I'm in a firm blue state for now so I'm voting conservative.

McCain is losing because he’s old, an old white guy.

I agree with you there. Bush was never a rough-and-tumble campaigner. But the vets really love him. That’s why we had those 527 Swiftboat Ads. There aren’t any Swifties for Truth fighting for McCain, partly due to the legal goons working for BO.

Yeah, MSNBC wants to avoid the DSA/New Party connection, but where is Sean Hannity?
Why is he out to lunch on this?
Where is Rush Limbaugh on this one?

So was Reagan. And he won two landslides. The difference is that Reagan was diametrically opposed to liberals and liberalism. McCain walks around these days championing global warming, mortgage bailouts, and his ability to work with Ted Kennedy.

Good luck on any semblence of a GOP being able to be elected in 2012 if Obama wins with Pelosi and Reid. They already laugh at the GOP when they want to pass something and the ONLY thing standing in their way has been Bush... with Bush gone and Obama loading up the SCOTUS it will be “Katie Bar the Door.” I don’t care how much someone dislikes McCain. If they CARE about this country they will vote for him.

I so agree with that, but thinking of Bambi signing all the democrat garbage has me thinking about it differently. I was not going to vote for mccain.

I am voting for Sarah.

As LLS said, Team McCain (which includes multiplied millions of dollars in 527 ads) is gonna try to overtake Obama right at the finish line, thus, depriving Obama/DBM the opportunity to counteract it.

I have to agree with Rush. Laura Ingraham is ready to spit fire on McCain this morning.

How many times does it have to be beaten in the heads of the certain conservatives that trying to be “moderate” (or being “bi-partisan”) doesn’t hack it. You win when you stick to your principles, don’t act wishy-washy and have fire in your belly.

Think back when McCain did good in the polls....it’s when he acted CONSERVATIVELY. Palin has saved this campaign at least three times (when she was picked, her acceptance speech, and her debate).

If McCain loses, there needs to be a serious autopsey on this campaign as well as the direction that the conservative movement is going. There’s also gonna have to be a tit-for-tat war against ACORN and a serious attempt to develope a new generation of candidates and voter-registration drives.

Personally, the thing that gets me the most is how they botched handling Palin after the convetion. McCain’s people hid her, over coached her, dumped her on the MSM viper nest instead of the talk-radio circuit, and not let Palin be herself. These blunders gave the critics ample time to define/”vett” her to the public. IMHO, one of the BIGGEST BLUNDERS of the McCain camp!!!

I will still vote for McCain this time around, but I’ll do it with one hand on the lever and another hand on my nose. Kind of sad when it should be me running to the voting booth with a smile on my face (Reagan 1984, Bush 1988).

Also there's the fact that John McCain trashed their reputation publically.

I don’t know - I’ve reached the point where I think whoever is running McCain’s campaign should be beaten between the thighs with a baseball bat. This is the saddest presidential campaign that I can remember in 50 years. I think this one actually is worse then than the Bobby Dole fiasco.

I guess the only consolation that can be had from this cluster is that we won’t have to put up with McCain running again. Oh, and I do believe that 0bambi will have screwed the country up so badly that it may be another 50 years before there is a Dimocrat Congress again.

I just pray that nothing happens to 0bambi before the next presidential election. The idea of VP Stretch sends shivers down my colon.

I’m going to make two guesses:

1. The New Party holds the evidence of Obama’s membership. And it’s been long desroyed.

2. Lack of solid evidence, see above, Obama can merely lie and say he’s always run as a Democrat due to the odd Illinois rules at that time.

So there’s nothing to conclusively show his New Party membership as the evidence is destroyed and Obama and his campaign can merely lie like they did on abortion, Rev. Wright and a host of other issues.

Cool. The moderate GOP weenies are throwing themselves under the bus. That way we don’t have to when we revamp this party.

Obama will merely lie as he’s not been called on it yet. He got off big with his lies about Rev. Wright. And the media let him do it and he knows they will again.

Obama will let his campaign issue the denial on this. He will avoid discussing it and the media will work to support him. As usual.

If he’s cornered he’ll say that as a Democrat he was merely adding to the Rat coalition.

That’s my guess. No way will Obama give up the ghost now. Why should he?
