A teen ager my wife knows had a wreck that killed someone. The other car pulled out in front of the boys car and the police said the wreck was unavoidable. The boy had been drinking and he was sent to prison for several years. He wouldn't have been charged if he had been sober. I have mixed feelings about that.
Its understandable why you would have mixed feelings.
When someone takes drink and then operates a deadly weapon, things go downhill fast.
I hope that young man learned the right lesson from that experience.
