Tony Rezko used Alexi Giannoulias bank to float $450,000 in bad checks, while campaigning for Alexi’s brother Demetris to be placed on the Illinois Finance Authority Board.
Demetris Giannoulias was on the Board at the Crossroads Fund, a Chicago Based left wing organzation supported by Bill Ayers, Bernadine Dohrn and Barack Obama, which made grants to such stellar organizations as ACORN and other affordable housing swindlers.
In 2002, Rezko borrowed $10.5 Million from Broadway Bank, the Giannoulias family bank, the same bank where Barack Obama kept his Senate campaign funds. In 2006, Sen. Obama endorsed Alexi Giannoulias for Illinois State Treasurer, and gives Sec. Giannoulias a slot to speak at the Democratic National Convention.
Glad to see all these upstanding folks able to work so well together, too bad that Rezko doesn’t want to serve time, and holds quite a bit of information about the Chicago Political Establishment that may be interesting to the Feds.

Take a report: Fitzgerald won’t do ANYTHING to embarrass Obama before the election. This whole drama is to delay the sentencing. Once Obama seizes power, Fitzgerald will be fired, and Rezko pardoned.

In the debate Senator McClain should tag every one of his replies with questions like “Do you know Tony Rezko?”, “Did you know that Odinga, a person you campaigned for in Kenya, was responsible for the murder of thousands of Christans?, “Were you responsible for giving $800,000 to ACORN?” or “Do you believe that a baby that survivess an abortion should be attended to?” Questions like these would at least make people aware of the many problems with his candidacy that are not coming out in the MSM and he could not be accused of being a racists.
Justice was served however since that obvious corruption cost Gore the presidency in 2000. Had Slimey resigned or been convicted I have no doubt Gore would have easily won.
Should Obama be indicted then elected he would still have to face the criminal prosecution. He might accomplish yet another first: the first president to serve from jail. Or he could pardon himself and stay in office.
I am sick to my tummy. Had a lot of cookies myself today. LOL
