Not only that, I read a case a while back where a factory worker got pregnant and named a young single engineer in the company as the father. They never even dated, went out together....the woman lied; DNA tests showed the young man 0.0% the father; the state still slapped the support payment to the male. Go figure.
our systems are out of control is all i can say. they want someone to pay and they don’t care who it is as long as they don’t have to deal with it any longer. its the same as railroading people through the court system and putting them in jail just because of an overzealous young prosecutor that wants to make a name for him or her self only to find out years later that the party was innocent.
