As explained today -
After the polls are closed, in heavy Demo districts, the extra ballots - remember those phony registrations that didn’t get purged because of the shear volume dumped by ACORN - are filled in and counted.

I wouldn’t defend vote drives that are done by ACORN. Too many instances of fraud.
