The democrat party in this state have made a mockery of the election process. There has not been a clean election in this state since Doyle took command. He and his stooges learned well from his Chicago friends some of the same friends Obama mentored with.

I agree - it is doubtful Judge Sumi will help the GOP - she is known as a liberal judge who supported Loophole Louis Butler’s FAILED re-election bid. Hopefully Van Hollen would somehow use the 6th circuit decision in Ohio as precedent but I don’t think there is enough time to appeal 12 days or so before the election (dispositive motions are 10/23/08 and this will probably be dismissed). I was shocked by the number of unions that joined in the lawsuit....just sad.
