OK, I could see a 6 being typed as an 8, but why would someone think 22 should be typed Z2? They aren’t too close on the keyboard. I don’t think most people have ever made that mistake. I think it is a scan of a fax, therefore, it is horrible.
Sometimes scans change the numbers and letters of a document. They aren’t reliable.
