Obama's 'final' pleading last night was something along the lines of 'the legislation would have obstructed a woman's right to choose and only she and her doctor ought to make that decision.' Few understand that the assurance of a dead child killed by neglect of a live birth child is the hallmark of induced labor abortion. So, not knowing that, who can asked Obama, "And how does killing an already born alive child after becoming completely separate from the womna's body address the woman's 'health'? How does murdering the alive child just born address the health of anyone else, much less the woman who is no longer pregnant?"
On 2000-JUL-20, the National Abortion and Reproductive Rights Action League (NARAL) issued a press release criticizing H.R. 4292. They asserted that extending legal personhood to premature infants who are born alive after surviving abortions constitutes an "assault" on Roe v. Wade. By providing legal rights to born-alive infants "at any stage of development," including those who had achieved viability, the supporters of H.R. 4292 are "directly contradicting one of Roe's basic tenets."
Rep. Stephanie Tubbs Jones (D-OH), testified before the Subcommittee that providing legal personhood to premature infants who survive abortions "is an attempt to do what the U.S. Supreme Court has strictly forbidden over and over--it unduly restricts a woman's right to terminate a pregnancy."
Tubbs' wording is almost the exact same sentence Barack Obama used to defend induced labor abortion in Illinois. You see, the real truth about Barack Obama is that he worked hard to disenfranchise the Constituionally defined person just born and alive.
Barack Obama was working to remove human rights from already born alive infants, to protect a particular form of abortion aimed at killing born infants via neglecting medical assistance for them.
So when Obama says he would not withhold medical help for just born babies, he is lying since that is EXACTLY what he sought to accomplish with his opposition to the Born Alive Infant Protection bills which came forward while he was in the Illinois legislature. Induced labor aboriton kills by exactly that method, withholding medical assistance for already born alive INFANTS. Obama believes in INFANTICIDE as a means to 'address the health of a pregnant woman', even though the child is no long a pregnancy for the woman once thew alive child is born and separate from her body.
So, Barack Hussein Obama defended infanticide as a means to protect Roe v Wade and thus empower himslef and his democrat party. and folks, that's just plain evil.
