The Department of Justice could not indict Nguyen or his surrogates for truthfully informing voters that you have to be a citizen to vote, so instead they indicted him for supposedly not telling the truth about his involvement in a completely legal action — sending this letter to voters. This is a classic example of the government going after someone because they do not agree with what he did and prosecuting him for supposedly lying about fully protected political speech.

Will we ever see real justice again?

One vote per one legal voter. One vote. Where the hell are you prosecutors going after ACORN and the DNC members assisting them? Why is ACORN not being charged with RICO and EVERY application they submit, should not be allowed to be submitted because of the WIDE AND VERIFIED FRAUD ACORN IS COMMITTING.

This is par for the course in Cuba, Venezuela and other marxist states. These guys have been groomed since the 1960’s to use oour laws to suppress us. We saw it in the Clinton administration when they sent the IRS after political opponents and “visiting” a church in Waco, TX. Now we will be suppressed.

If Obama wins, I sure as h*ll won't be posting stuff on sites like this because I don't want to “disappear into the night.” Think about this very carefully. Its the FBI and the US Justice Dept. doing this to honest citizens. Not some “group.”

Another instance of a punishment without a crime. If ANY law enforcement officer ever shows up at your doorstep investigating ANYTHING, the very first thing you should do is to ask them to fill out a Public Servant Questionnaire and then decide to answer their questions, which, if there is ANY hint that you might be involved even remotely, you should SHUT UP NOW!

The timing of the indictment is suspicious too.

We are in the midst of a bloodless social revolution. Nobody wants to get hurt or be inconvenienced so we are just letting it happen. We think we can fix it in 4 years. But, after the Supreme Court is solidly Left next year (no veto in the Senate) and becomes a Super Legislature our rights will quickly disappear.

The Republicans have never really wrested control of DOJ from the Democrats, going all the way back to the Kennedys.

We've been educating Lefties in this country since the 1960’s. They now permeate all of our infrastructure. Colleges, government, schools, non-profits, foundations, etc. It's too late. The revolution has begun and the Left may soon control the United States. Veto-proof Congress, Leftist president and Super legislative Leftist supreme Court.

It may be over, folks.

...indictment of Nguyen for obstruction of justice for supposedly making “misleading statements to investigators"

This is what happens when you are ignorant and spineless. Ignorant about the law and spineless enough to lie about it. Ask Scooter Libby.

... career lawyers in the Civil Rights Division.

A little off-topic, here. Not much, though. It would be very beneficial to have "term limits" for the "termites" who populate the foundation of our republic: the unelected, job-for-life, "civil servants."

Yes, I'm well aware of that, and under a Zero presidency he easily becomes a dictator

President Bush needs to issue an executive order requiring positive ID of all voters in federal elections. In RAT dominated districts the board workers bad ID’s with RAT registration will probably be ignored anyway, but we have to start somewhere.

WE have the 5th Amendment! For godsakes NEVER lie to any cop or federal agent! Use the 5th. They can’t prosecute you for what you don’t say!

Bush and McCain’s God’s Chil’run giving republican congressional candidates a deep seated stab in the back via their support of Obama. Thanks, Jorge and Juan!

Do you know who developed the Public Servant Questionnaire? Check out the following item from the questionnaire:
Public Law 93-579 states in part: "The purpose of this Act is to provide certain safeguards for an individual against invasion of personal privacy by requiring Federal agencies...to permit and individual to determine what records pertaining to him are collected, maintained, used, or disseminated by such agencies." (emphasis added to point out error)
I am curious as to whether the erroneous substitution of the word "and" for the contextually required "an" was on the part of the creators of the questionnaire or if it was actually worded incorrectly in the text of Public Law 93-579.
