In the 15 states effected so far all voters should be required to show a valid Picture ID issued by a State or federal source.

If the FBI finds even (one) violation, the USAG should have the authority to require each do exactly what you said. If it is a state with a Republican Gov, he or she should sign an order to have it carried out. Of course, I wouldn't expect a dem gov to do that. Hence, the Fed AG's order to override the state in that case.

In addition, if any of the ACORN states go to Obama, there should be a mandatory investigation and recount. Better yet, a complete reelection conducted in the infected states.
