Ok, so by now everyone knows about the "Tanning Bed Media" attacks on Joe the Plumber. Has ANY one of those maggots (feeding on dead carcasses) done their research on the tax liens of "The Chose One's" associates? I thought not.

He also had a lien from a hospital, which he paid off, so obviously he had some medical expenses that set him back and he is catching back up.

I have to laugh about the buzz on the left regarding ‘Joe’ not really ‘Joe’ (his middle name is Joseph) but ‘Samuel (first name), proving that he is a phony. How asinine.
As Rush said, the guy is comfortable with that name, so leave him alone.
I am laughing, though because the same people will tell you that Obama’s mother is ‘ANN’ Dunham. So, what happened to her first name? Her complete FN, MN, LN is ‘STANLEY Ann Dunham.’

You get a tax lien if you owe tax money. I spent 3 months unemployed once (March, April and May) and had a tax bill that year that would have taken a good chunk of my savings. I spoke to the IRS before I filed and we made a deal. I could pay monthly X number of dollars to pay off what I owed (interest wasn’t THAT bad either). I received a tax lien for this. When I got started working again in May, I paid the whole thing off and the lien was removed.

Guys, it’s one thing when politicians do this to each other, they are all in the same game.
To see a politican do this (or in ANY way stand by while it happens to) a regular citizen, should be a clear warning.

Having a tax lien is NO indication of any kind of “cheating” whatsoever.
“Cheating” is when you misreport entries on your tax forms in an attempt to avoid paying what you know you owe.
A tax lien is what you get when you fill out the forms honestly, find that you owe more than you can pay right now, and have to make other arrangements to retire the debt.
If anything, having a tax lien just further proves that “Joe the plumber” really IS a regular stand-up guy that REAL Americans can all identify with.
Your feeble attempt to give the unrepentant Left some traction on their Joe bashing falls totally flat, and you seriously damage your own nominal credibility in the process.
