While the left predictably moans the FBI probe of ACORNs activities, even calling it illegal, the fact is that the FBI moved after receiving more than enough information to launch the probe. Specifically in Ohio where sweeps of ACORN offices will begin as early as next week, they received hundreds of tips to prompt action.
However, in spite of the play down by the media, the probe is focusing on nine states and could spread to all areas that ACORN has run voter registration drives.

Their computers and files are probably being stolen. They should not have announced the investigation ahead of time.

Why do they give these guys advance notice? Do they expect any evidence will still be there next week when they finally get around to "raiding" these ACORN offices? Unbelievable.

Of course they announced it. The fix is in. Now they can say they investigated and found nothing, therefore, the election is proper.

And if the FBI was worth any thing. ACORN would be out of business today.

I argued with a friend this week who claimed registering more than once is NOT illegal. Her claim was that someone might forget they have been registered, or move and not recall if they registered in the new location.
I corrected her and said that signing someone elses name to a registration IS fraud and it was done hundreds of times by ACORN. I also told her that in Ohio you can register and vote at the same time, and those votes may very well be fraudulent since they won't have time to check them against DMV or SS roles.

2008 marks the biggest election stealing attempt in United States history by the minions of Barack Obama.

I suspect they will still be probing long after Joe Plumber is in jail and the Supreme Court falls to the Left. If they don’t indict before the election the new Attorney General will call off the investigation

I believe the evidence is sitting in the county registrars offices and the employee rolls. If the cards were still in the offices, they would not have been "submitted" and ACORN could say they were "not going to send them or we havent looked at them yet" and gain an easy cop out.
Just thinking out loud here, and remember Brunner is stitting on 200,000 pieces of evidence.

Isn't it odd how many ACORN locations have been broken into? Suddenly all their computers are "stolen" ! (/s)
Something tells me, and I'm not sure why, that ACORN may have something on those computers they don't want the Feds to see. Oh well. Maybe it's just me.( /s again)

sweeps of ACORN offices will begin as early as next weekIt's going to be a busy weekend. Lot's of overtime, lots of fires in barrels. Wonder if the FBI is going to volunteer to help them clean up? That way, they won't have to work as hard next week or next month or whenever they perform their "sweeps."

Makes you want to puke. Watching our country die. Its like the vastly better prepared football team beating your team. Morale crumbles and and you stand helplessly by as the opponents roll on to victory.
We should have listened to Joe McCarthy

ACORN is nothing but a corrupt Leftist organization that has gained immunity by accusing racism when any criticism is leveled against them. ACORN is stealing the election for Obama.

Specifically in Ohio where sweeps of ACORN offices will begin as early as next week,Gee, why warn these cretins?
So they can hide the evidence>

There is something wrong with this story. It is either a leak to warn ACORN or it is false. The FBI simply doesn’t tell suspected crooks that they are going to “sweep” in next week! I smell a rat here!

There are those who want to kill everything good in America and they have accomplished a lot of their agenda in the last number of decades. An Obama Presidency would be Hell.

I doubt the FBI would take kindly to ACORN destroying information before they got there... now a burglary or two? ACORN might try that - who knows?
