ACORN Magazine Article on Obama Magically Reappears

Obama among his favorite nuts. (photo: Social Policy magazine)

* * * * *

It appears ACORN has decided there is no point in continuing to hide an article that links Senator Barack Obama to it in the early 1990s because it's out there in cyberspace already.

After locking "Case Study: Chicago-The Barack Obama Campaign" (Social Policy magazine, Winter 2003-Spring 2004) when ACORN began getting pummeled by bad press, suddenly the article is available again. (registration required for access) Social Policy magazine is run by ACORN affiliate, the Institute for Social Justice.

The only difference between the version of the article we posted Oct. 13 (PDF) and the version now available on the Social Policy website is the one-page chart labeled "Voter Turnout, Chicago Primaries 2003-2004." The chart is in the version we posted previously but is absent from the version now available on the website.

I also maintain that Hussein’s race and exotic background are key to his being able to get away with so much outright underhandedness and un-American activities.

#####

Absolutely true. I am sure that he used his ‘exoticness’ as a tool from the time he could speak, and was being disciplined or guided by the various adults in his life.

Baby Barry: “You’re just saying that because I look different. Pout pout pout.”

“Oh, no, honey, I didn’t mean to hurt your feelings.
That’s okay,
You don’t have to
stop sassing me
stop throwing your food
come in a take a rest...
[or whatever a caregiver would say to a child.]”

Which transitioned to
stop smoking dope
stop lying
start doing your school assignments

All rebutted by “you don’t like me because...”

It is a lifetime pattern, that will not stop if he is behind the desk in the Oval Office.

Nothing will EVER be his fault!!!

Hi there! Thanks so much for the reply, and sorry for not getting back to you sooner.

As for Obama's race playing a factor in what he is able to get away with - I definitely agree! You are exactly right that if he were anyone else he would've been subject to extreme scrutiny.

In fact, in Obama's book "Dreams from My Father", he brings up how race plays a factor in elections. He specifically mentions Harold Washington's race for mayor of Chicago. Here is what he says in his book:

"Black politicians less gifted than Harold discovered what white politicians had known for a very long time: that race-baiting could make up for a host of limitations."
- Barack Obama, "Dreams from My Father: A Story of Race & Inheritance"

So, you can see that he is well aware of race-baiting and the effect it can have on an election. We can see from Obama's actions that he is attempting to use this to his advantage. Not only does he bring up the charge of racism every time someone exposes a negative about him, he is using race-baiting to make up for the host of his personal limitations and inexperience.

Growing up I have often wondered what happened to MLK, Jr.'s dream. I have since learned that what Frederick Douglass said so long ago, is still a factor in race relations today. "Minorities" (specifically blacks) cannot let go of the past because they see it as helping them gain an advantage, and they see it as an entitled position.

Race-hustlers like Jesse Jackson, and Al Sharpton know that if we really were a "post-racial" America they would be out of a job, and would lose their influence and power. They would actually have to work, and rely on their character to achieve things in our society rather than playing on emotions and sympathies to gain their "successes". Hence, why they push the idea that there is still so much hatred and animosity among whites.

To be perfectly honest with you, for me personally, it is the race-hustlers that continue to cause problems. It is the sense of entitlement that holding on to the past creates that continues to cause problems within our society.

It is in fact, the race-hustler's actions that CREATES division, and reinforces ignorant stereotypes. It is these things that divide our nation, and our people, and rather than being a "great uniter" that Obama claims he is - his candidacy has pushed back race relations by DECADES among some segments of our population. It's really unforgivable, and it is disgusting.

I could go on, but I know we are on the same page here! It saddens me to see what our country is going through. I have always been one that tries to see past the color of people's skin, or where they were born, or who their ancestors are, or what their religion is. And, it literally pains my heart to see what Obama's campaign is doing to our country as far as creating more division and more racial strife.

I suppose in some ways though it's good to get it all out in the open, because it needs to be dealt with. Perhaps that'll be one silver lining resulting from Obama's campaign - that we can REALLY start addressing the problems we face in regards to these issues of racism as a nation. The special treatment enjoyed by some "classes" of citizens needs to end. True equality does NOT mean "special rights" or "special treatment" (like Hate Crimes & such).

Everyone has the same God-given rights, and we need to start addressing the issues that are making it impossible to realize MLK, Jr.'s dream of EVERYONE being judged by what is on the INSIDE, what is in their hearts, and NOT what is on the outside...

Thanks for the compliment. I appreciate it. I’m glad others are seeing the same things as I. I only wish some people would have listened years ago, when myself and others were warning about this “alliance”, because I used to be called paranoid, and “anti-Russian” - even by some here (although they have for the most part disappeared from our community here, and I have a feeling they were Russian “plants”).

I don’t know if it would’ve made a difference over the last 5 years or so if people HAD believed some of us and our warnings. Plus, I would hope that those “in the know” would’ve been seeing the same things as we were. It would be VERY sad indeed if I, who is just a “political junkie” could connect these dots, and our professionals within the government, and intelligence agencies didn’t recognize the signs as well.

Thank you for more dead-on assessments.

I would add that the unfortunate state of race relations is made much, much worse (perhaps to an even worse degree than by the Jesse Jackson/Al Sharpton types) by the Mike Nifongs, Tim Wises, John Murthas, Ward Churchills, William Ayerses, Bernadine Dohrns—Ayers and Dohrn are about to publish a new book on white supremacy—and countless other white liberals who seem to be on a lifelong mission of vilifying and persecuting members of their own race just for merely existing, in order to benefit from the politically-correct dystopia that puts a premium on egalitarian piety and what Jared Taylor has called “competitive altruism.”

Whoever among these leftist elites displays the most contempt and activist venom against “white privilege” and whatever other cultural dynamics can be imagined, earns the most “diversity” credits in the pantheon of those truly, exceptionally superior beings who purport to be without racial prejudice or animus—except toward their fellow whities, of course.

Such odd creatures see themselves as the vanguard in charge of meting out racial justice against members of their own race, thereby simultaneously a.) absolving themselves of the guilt that they so ardently project onto collegiate lacrosse players and various applicants to police/fire departments and so forth, and b.) promoting their own positions as arbiters and guarantors of the “equality” of blacks and other minorities, making sure that the equal outcomes they strive to exact for blacks, et. al., relative to whites are the product of the superior/dependent relationship between themselves and minorities is perpetuated! Shelby Steele writes of this sick phenomonon, wherein affirmative action and other such perpetual agendas mainly reinforce the paradoxical concept that in order to be equal, minorities must rely—like dependent children, no less—on the largesse of initiatives and programs enacted and enforced by the white majority.

Thanks!

Any developments on the Hussein birth certificate controversy?

Your analysis of the “document” photos posted on FactCheck.com is somewhat intriguing to me, and although your details utterly cofuse me in total, there are certain points you make that make sense(like how they don’t provide a shot of the document w/seal above a specific line, for example—at least I recall your pointing out something to that effect).

I’m aware that Berg’s lawsuit is in some kind of hangtime until the judge rules on a couple of motions filed by either side—at least that’s the situation as far as my information goes.

Ideally, McCain and Palin will just close the gap in enough key states to make the whole “certifigate” issue moot as far as the election is concerned!

>i>Any developments on the Hussein birth certificate controversy?

None yet and none needed at this time. Berg has all of my updared research. Obama's faled to respond to any of the charges, so they are admitted by fault. Once it is established that Obama has no US birth certificate, then the details of what I said about the forgery will then come clearer into focus.
