I’m not so sure that would have been a good idea. McCain didn’t have the “Joe the Plumber” incident to back it up, it’s two weeks before the election and not really enough time for Obama to counter it if the idea of socialism really catches on. If it was earlier, you know they would have found a way to negate it.
