Here’s some more news on the potential ‘hidden vote’ that I posted on another thread this a.m.:
I was just reading a PUMA forum and they linked to another PUMA site, which included the following:

Also, we wanted to toss in just a quick word about Ohio: we know Eeyores are in full pants-wetting mode over the Supreme Court’s decision to allow Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner to leave 200,000 questionable registrations on the voter rolls. We rode to and from Indiana today with an Eeyore who brayed about this every chance he got — convinced the Republican Party would just sit back and allow Democrats to swing Ohio with dead people, cartoon characters, and multi-voters.
First off, if you really believe the GOP will let that happen, you shouldn’t be on this blog, or even using a computer. You should be in a remedial reading class somewhere, or practicing counting with those little plastic bears. The next 18 days are going to be a nonstop ACORN festival — as Sarah Palin proved in her speech in Indianapolis today (more on that in a later post after we get some sleep).
But the thing Eeyores miss is what we are hearing on the ground in Ohio: Democrats, Independents, and Republicans are all equally disgusted by the actions of Jennifer Brunner. The only people siding with her are Obama supporters. Everyone in the middle, and all the undecideds, don’t understand why the Democratic Secretary of State is trying to force fraudulent votes onto the rolls.
They are disgusted by this.
In our anecdotal estimation, gleamed from speaking with everyone we know back home in Ohio, for every vote Obama would gain through voter fraud facilitated by Brunner, he’s losing two votes from Ohioans, mostly Democrats, who see this fraud as the little push they needed to vote Republican for either the first time in their lives, or since they left the party and started voting Democrat with Bill Clinton in 1992.

Sarah Palin pounded ACORN and Obama HARD today in Ohio…expect more of that in the coming week, and in particular, more investigation into what, exactly, is going on in Ohio.
We heard a great line at the Palin rally today: it’s the Buckeye State, not the ACORN State for a reason.
Trust us: Ohio will go to McCain.

Joe Wurzelbacher is giving a great interview on F&F, plus he has a great smile.

Alisyn told him there were folks who wanted to help him with his taxes. Joe says that he’d rather CLEAN toilets than take money from people...says he’s got two arms, two legs, a strong back and was taught to work for what he needs.

Sarah Palin was on “one of these shows.” She had to pal around with the SNL crew, and other NBC notables, including Alec Baldwin. She had to endure, with good grace, skits slamming her. She was seen by all the people who would never see her on a Sunday morning show.
She was there while SNL took the opportunity to use Josh Brolin, star of Oliver Stone’s “W.” to be their host, and to make about 5 minutes of slams against President Bush.
She proved that she can take pressure while looking adversaries in the eyes and smiling.
Speaking of ‘fear factor’ - have you seen this? Pretty scary IMHO (I posted in the last couple of weeks that it wouldn’t surprise me if 0bama picked Hagel as SoD - so he could be perceived as having a ‘bi-partisan’ cabinet:

Sen. Barack Obama has done America a great service by leaking some names of likely cabinet nominees to the Times of London.
For Secretary of Defense, The One is is looking to the Republican whose own bad judgment most closely duplicated Sen. Obama’s own in fervently opposing the Surge and demanding that we surrender in Iraq on a strict timetable: Sen. Chuck Hagel. In January 2007, Sen. Hagel was quoted as saying that the surge would be “the most dangerous foreign policy blunder in this country since Vietnam, if it’s carried out.”
This is the Obama definition of “working with those across the aisle”: Selecting the single most dim-witted GOP senator. Bozo Sen. Hagel is almost certainly too stupid to realize that he would enter any Obama Administration with the words “Fall Guy” prominently tattooed across his forehead.
And for the National Leader of the International Mother-May-I Team — excuse me, Secretary of State — Sen. Obama’s leaking the name of Sen. John F. “Global Test” Kerry. Sen. Kerry, you’ll recall, has splendid foreign policy credentials, having left behind in a Massachusetts closet his uniform as an officer in the U.S. Naval Reserve in 1970 (and perhaps again in 1971) so that he could travel to Paris and meet secretly and in mufti with our Viet Cong and North Vietnamese enemies. John McCain and his fellows were still POWs when young Kerry returned to urge — yes, you’ve got it — an immediate American surrender and withdrawal without preconditions from South Vietnam, which by the oddest of coincidences was exactly the same “peace plan” being preached at that very moment by our enemies themselves.
The only potential glitch in this plan is that Kerry may be re-classified as a WMD — specifically, a wide-area narcoleptic weapon.
Shocking. Brazen. Insanely dangerous. The geopolitical decisions of a naive child, choosing deputies who are demonstrably more naive than I feared even Obama himself was. That’s what we would see in an Obama administration. And we won’t be able to say that we weren’t duly warned. John McCain was correct that Americans need not be “scared” that Obama himself is a terrorist or the like. But Americans ought be afraid of spectacularly bad judgments like these and the catastrophic consequences they could cause for the entire world.

Gov. Palin showed good grace, unlike the hostile
SNL crew. At the end, only one SNL crew came up
to thank the Governor (who helped their failing ratings).
Newt has offered terrific analysis this election cycle and he epitomizes the term “wise man”. I’d hope McCain had the nads to bring him into the govt. after the come from behind victory. Of course, I’m doubtful Newt would accept any assignment from nemesis McCain.
Pajamas Media commented there is a “PC Effect” (similar to but broader than the Bradley Effect) for people who will not vote for Obama.
I agree.
Many people don’t want their vehicle vandalized because they have a McCain/Palin sticker on it. Same thing for yard signs.

...nothing much new this morning except, of course, Joe the Plumber and the fine, fine way he’s being treated by the elite, snobby media.
....they must be so damn proud of themselves how they’ve unmasked and revealed Joe’s secrets for all the world. For Joe does NOT have a license....a union thug thing that is most certainly NOT required for the performance of Joe’s duties.
...then the drive-by’s continue by revealing that Joe has a tax lien for $1,200...dear lord...many Americans have tax liens including Charlie Rangel of the House of Reps and yet the drive-by’s barely whispered about that.
....now we learn that Joe has some unpaid tickets and with the help of the Blogosphere we learn that the fine, fine and fair Obama yo mama had over three hundred bucks worth of parking tickets he had to pay before he began his great quest to be our Messiah.
....Finally, folks, the fine, fair and compassionate Messiah Most Holy and Merciful is shown yukking it up and joking about plumbers who make a quarter million dollars and the ludicrosity that John McCain would actually support a plumber (say that word with complete sarcastic disdain as Obama does).
....Note that the Messiah’s poll numbers began to drop with the advent of Joe the Plumber and note that next week they shall continue to drop. Note that my prognostications are right about as often as Dick Morris.

Ol Admiral McCain finally unleashed his 18” guns and fired a full broadside on the Obismark shelling him over and over to the point of sitting dead in the water. At the end of this debate all Oblack could do was mutter something about Vouchers being a bad idea for Blacks because there aren’t enough Vouchers to get it done. The SS McCain fired one more shell into the lifeless hull saying you don’t want to use something that works because you don’t have enough, yeah I get it...blub, blub, blub
The Obismark has been sailing through this election untouched with fresh paint as the Media flew cover and manned the gunwhales firing celebratory streamers waiting for the victory parades. They knew this ship was unsinkable and the greatest ship the DNC has ever sailed. Like the original Bismark it was the greatest most powerful dreadnaught the National Socialist Party ever built. It was the symbol of nazi power built to intimidate and destroy capitalism with it’s massive armament that was aimed by the most technologically advanced ship in the world. Like the Titanic the myth of invincibility was just that, a myth.
After the Bismark sunk the HMS Hood in a single barrage nobody thought the ship could be sunk. With her massive guns no ship could get close enough to hit it w/o being sunk and Britain didn’t have any planes that could fly that far. So they sent some old WWI biplanes from ships on a suicide mission to attempt a torpedo attack. These planes were so slow that the anti-aircraft guns that were controlled by the radar could not be geared down to that low a speed and couldn’t hit these antiques. Lt JWC Moffatt got through hitting the one place it was vulnerable, the rudder; knocking it out of commission. This caused the Bismark to be stuck in a giant circle sealing its fate to be finished off by multiple barrages.
Along comes old feeble Admiral McCain going against the slick young Obismark w/all of his guns blazing. He is young elegant and has all the firepower of eloquent speech that fooled the people into believing he is for them. Behind that he has ACORN’s new tech working behind the scenes attempting to steal an election through intimidation and voter fraud. Add to that the multiple guns of the media and he is the greatest battleship the Socialist Party has ever built. How could an old washed up POW fly under all his technology.
In a miraculous encounter an uneducated plumber axes Obismark a simple question under his radar. “I want to buy the company I work for and want to make over $250K which your taxes will cause me to lay off employees. Why do you want to increase my taxes? Ignoring the seriousness of the question Black Whiteguilt Oblack flippingly says that people who make less than him need help and we needed to, “spread the wealth around”. Direct Hit in the rudder.
The Obismark sailed into the final battle with his rudder stuck at 95% tax-cut cliche as well as the hate Bush lines and gummit programs for everything, but Admiral McCain would have none of it. He opened his 18 inch guns using Plumber Joe’s spread the wealth line underlining his Tax and Spend socialism. He followed that barrage w/a direct hit saying you can’t attract jobs with the highest Corporate tax in the world and taking out the main tower with the Recession to Depression 2 ton shell. The next volley took out his main turret with the “Senator Government” tag. You could see the smoke coming out of Oboredom’s radar sized ears.
This sent the Obismark firing aimlessly with cliche after cliche over his #1 issue, energy can’t drill your way out, use it or lose it, 3% 25% and evil auto industry must be forced to make crappy little cars for the proletariat. The admiral fired at will having great fun and laughs as he mockingly said that you have to admire his “eloquence” but he just said “he MAY” drill which means he won’t. Should have run against Bush 4 yrs ago. You don’t unilaterally renegotiate NAFTA w/Canada. Healthcare penalties and Columbia Free Trade he voted against to protect communist rebels. Putting metal on target over and over you could see the fires burning.
The battle continued over Abortion and SC judges turning the Obismark into a smoking angry hull. McCain fired one final shell into the powder magazine w/the joke, “so you don’t want to use vouchers even though they’re working and don’t have enough of them so we shouldn’t do it? Yeah, I get it”.... Slowly the invincible ship rolls over into its watery grave heading for Davey Jones Locker.
Pray for W, Ol Admiral McCain and Our Troops
The winner today is Fox & Friends, who had Joe the Plumber giving tips about...plumbing! I surely hope they worked out a contract for him to appear periodically with plumbing advice.
