You can't even get a library card to check out a book, unless you have ID. Why won't Obama just hand over his certified birth certificate... and if not WHY ISN'T THIS COUNTRY DEMANDING TO KNOW WHY HE HASN'T?

Heard Berg interviewed this a.m. on Quinn and Rose. He sounds confident regarding his contention and feels the accuracy of documents indicating 0bama is not longer a natural born citizen as a result of acquisition of Indonesian citizenship in order to attend school. Also, having been adopted by Lolo Sotero who claimed Indonesian citizenship would have by default renounced 0bama's American citizenship. Once returning to the US, 0bama would have had to apply for citizenship through the naturalization process. If he had done this, by the Constitution, he can not serve as POTUS. Berg also contends had he done nothing he may in fact hold illegal status in this country.

I realize it sounds unbelievable but, if the intent by those who chose That 0ne, was to move him along, they would stop at nothing....

Why the heck doesn't Berg show the world a bona fide copy of Obama's Kenyan birth certificate, which, according to other sources, he is believed to have in his possession? (Berg would not be confident enough to state the exact location in Kenya of Obama's birth - which he includes in his brief - unless he had access to a copy of Obama's birth certificate.)

This is actually a remarkably simple lawsuit of fact. To read anything into it other than that this is inherently wrong.

That is, there is no debate needed. Either Obama has and can present the documents to the court without delay, or he cannot. No matter what determination is reached by this judge as to the authenticity of the documents, the matter must be appealed directly to the US Supreme Court, because only they have the authority to enjoin the Electoral College.

This must be done in any event, because it is a gap in the US constitution that must be filled—the determination of who is eligible to run for the office of the President of the United States.

As such, it is just as important as the 25th Amendment, that was created to fill another such gap. Only if the SCOTUS acts now, will there be a future mechanism for any candidate to assert eligibility, without the US congress having to create another amendment.
