Exactly! Who then would have standing? This is a joke. The fact that the Obama camp is taking this route really seems to indicate that there's some substance to the case.

It seems to me that the standing issue is a no-brainer. The POTUS, in essence, is an employee of the voter. He does not hire us, we hire him. We ceretainly do, in light of that, have standing to know whether or not Obama meets the basic qualifications.
