We will arrive in the islands this Friday and will be there for 2 weeks.

My Bride of 36 years would kill me if I spent our time following that freak around, but I will commit to keeping the beaches and waters of Kauai safe and sound.

I know, it’s big of me to make such a sacrifice, but by golly, somebody’s got to rise to the occasion.

Are you saying he’s taking a pillow to Grandma’s house?

And Wiki minds don’t think there might be a smear.

Obama’s Grandmother has a Broken Hip. She has Osteoporosis. Thats a real bad thing at 85.

Prayers to her and her family.... I pray God has her comfortable and healing. But it doesn't look too good, real hard to recover from that.....

All I know is that it is very fishy for a Presidential Candidate to leave the campaign for even a couple of hours two weeks out. Obama has to be in some sort of a pickle. It’s for our side to figure out what the hell is going on.

Ah, I don't read too much into it. The lady did help to raise him, after all.... You or I might do the same.

But if he's really so cynical as to have a "campaign reason" for this, I can think of two.

1. Playing for sympathy -- he's "humanizing" himself.

2. He'll be visiting friends whom he's afraid will talk.

The real question is why Obama refuses to produce his birth certificate in the Pennsylvania federal court case that’s now going on. So easy to be rid of this problem.

Simple answer - "liar, liar, pants on fire..."

Maybe he’s on his way to pick it up in person.

[vanity] Newsbreak - nObama spotted purchasing a half a ream of blank certificates, one bottle of Elmer's glue, three bottles of white-out, and one Xacto knife set at a Honolulu Kinko's. Fox News has the authentic BOS (bill of sale)to prove it.

and McCain is in danger from Ron Paul renegades or Huckabites in the South

Ron Paul did not get enough votes to be a danger and most republican delegates will be too terrified of an Obama presidency to give their votes to anybody but McCain, especially from Huckabites as you say, that crowd was taken care of when Palin was put on the ticket.

Perhaps, but if a couple Ron Paul renegades somehow manage to get onto a state’s Republican elector slate, then they could cause real problems if the margin in the electoral college is razor thin. I wouldn’t put anything past the Paul Qaeda. As for Southern Huckabites, they’ll all cast a vote for Sarah Palin for VP, but that doesn’t mean they’ll stick with McCain for the top of the ticket. Particularly if he loses. Who knows, maybe Sarah Palin might get a vote or two for president. The point is: electors do wacky things all the time. And ultimately they alone decide who will be president and vice president, despite what we all believe about our voting system.

I’d have to admit those are long odds. I agree.

I don’t believe the party would have any other choice, but who knows what sly thing they might try. I can’t believe the guy is going to be allowed to win, then we find out he doesn’t have proof that he is a citizen. Good grief. This is very strange.

You and me both. Whitewater I could somewhat understand, due to a tight cover-up. How do you hide your U.N. Ambassador and Vernon Jordan tampering with a witness in plain daylight, and nobody even offered up a whimper in protest?

Right there you have bribery
You have obstruction of Justice
You have witness tampering

On top of that you have the ethical questions of having our U.N. Ambassador spending his time driving Monica around in his own car, helping her find a job. You have Clinton’s attorney driving her over to see the CEO of some cosmetics corporation, once again looking for a job.

You and I would have fried in hell for that. And then they would have thrown the real punishments at us...

Nobody will ever be able to explain away those eight years to me. You had over 100 Asian witnesses flee the country in the campaign cash donations inquiry.

We had an organized crime figure and his mol in the White House, pure and simple.

And now we’re prepared to do it all again. This guy Obama may make Clinton look saintly by the time it’s over.

Yes, I’m not either. It looks like it’s full speed ahead since nobody seems to actually care if Obama is a citizen or not.

Well, when someone tells him his shoe is untied, he yells racism. Then the MSM and his followers yell racism. It’s pretty hard to hold a guy like that to any standards at all.

That may have been his single recent smart move. LOL That Biden is a liability.

Something is rotten alright. Hillary has been quiet as a church mouse. That in and of itself is very strange.

You should have seen her laughing at McCain’s jokes the other night, especially the ones regarding her and Bill campaigning for Obama. They were great one liners, and Hillary was actually in tears, bending over.
