Standing makes nauseous. Why cannot a voter find out whether the candidate is qualified to run for an office? I don’t get this thrown out because of standing. Who else would have standing? This is a gigantic fraud on all of us.

An election official such as a state’s secretary of state would probably have standing, as they are responsible for determining ballot qualification. It is unlikely a court would find a private citizen from out of state and no claim against the party in question as having any standing.

That’s just my guess.
As far as I know, no sitting secretary of state has brought a case, which is a shame. Surely there are some Republican secretaries of state in this country.
