Why does it only “suggest” a preference for McCain? When a tracking poll shows a 5 point BHO lead, we’re told that the race is over.

My husband participated in this poll and voted McCain. IMHO, the times did not like the result (of the current poll) and have re-polled him as of Friday (they asked the exact same questions again). Unfortunately, the Military Times has taken a turn for the worst in the last few years, and this election cycle their bias has become very obvious.

Look at this quote from the MT:

“The results of the Military Times 2008 Election Poll are not representative of the opinions of the military as a whole. The group surveyed is older, more senior in rank and less ethnically diverse than the overall armed services.”

That's not true, I know a lot of people who were polled for this and it ranged from E-4 to O-4 (all types of races)
