Actually “Anna Toot” was an ancestor of Grandma Dunham and Barrack’s mother used it “Anna Toot” as an alias when she meet Obama’s family in Kenya. It is the only name she is known by in Kenya.

The whole line about Tutu being a Hawaiian name and Toot as it’s corrupted form is another pretty clear indication that William Ayers wrote “Dreams of my Father”. Obama would know who Anna Toot is and why his grandmother and Mother referred to themselves by the name “Toot”
