Rendell wants Obama to come back to Pennsylvania.

(CNN) — Pennsylvania Gov. Ed Rendell has sent two separate memos to the Obama campaign in the past five days requesting that the Democratic Presidential candidate—as well as Hillary and Bill Clinton—return to campaign in Pennsylvania, Rendell told CNN's Gloria Borger.

Rendell said the McCain campaign is clearly making a push to win Pennsylvania, given the recent visits by the Arizona senator, his wife and his running mate. As a result, he wants Obama to appear in western Pennsylvania, Harrisburg and one more “large rally” in Philadelphia. Democrats generally worry that the race is significantly closer than what recent polls have suggested. According to Rendell, there is also worry among Democrats the McCain campaign has successfully raised the enthusiasm level among Republicans in the state.

Not seeing many signs may not be what you think, just like entering the voting booth, you may tell your friends, and co workers your for the “one” but no one knows who you voted for. The silent revolution? could be!

The signs are all over the middle part of Pennsylvania. I live in Adams County, and before McCain's selction of Governor Palin as his running mate, the Obama crowd had their signs everywhere. After the GOP convention and Sarah Barracuda's big speech, the Obama signs diminished and McCain/Palin signs materialized everywhere like dandelions. I've been seeing them all over Frederick County and Carroll County, Maryland as well, which is most unusual.

I think there is something bad wrong with these polls and that Obama is in bad trouble but his campaign advisors and staff members refuse to recognize it.

Hopefully Obama will send Biden to Philadelphia where he will promptly say “Obama will make your cracker neighbors in the rest of Pennsylvania pay within the first six months of his administration” and we can finally put that one in the WIN column.

Let's see... an internal poll leaks from the Obama campaign indicating that they only have 2 point lead in PA - essentially the same margin Kerry won by in 2004. Now we confirmation in Rendell's call for help.

Yet most of the polls tell us that Obama is going to win states like VA (where Bush won by 8 percent in 2004) and NC (Bush by 12+). I don't theeeenk so.

Rendell is going to be a lot more worried by the time we are finished with BO in PA over the next 2 weeks.

McCain can’t give up on NM & Colo

If he gets NV, he probably doesn't need NM.

Well if CNN is worried and Rendell is it means Obama is going to lose PA or he is fine and it is a fake out.

Murtha’s ravings possibly point to Obama losing PA.

Listen folks - Hillary kicked Obama arse in FL, PA, OH and she also won Michigan. I think Obama is behind in PA.

Obama also ACORN cheated in the caucuses primaries. If the Clintons and their followers do not burn Obama on election day then I will be very suprised.

I think Rendell (a Hillary & Bill guy) is going to make sure McCain wins. Don’t be suprised if Murtha is not trying to sabotage Obama too.

Donate & volunteer for McCain-Palin 2008.

True, but the real question is whether CO AND VA are easier than PA.

What the heck. Let's win all three and go pound some Budweiser.

If Obama’s internals say he’s only up 2% in Pennsylvania, then there’s no way he’s winning Virginia or Colorado because those two states are much more conservative than PA.
