Actually that is what's in the Costitution. It was and act of Congress that spelled it out differently in the late 1800's IIRC
There have also been questions about his draft registration. 8/7/08 BHO went to Hawaii on vacation. On 8/12/08, a Selective Service System spokesman said that BHO had presented himself for registry at a PO in Hawaii (he did not say WHEN BHO appeared at the PO) and was registered with "...an effective date of 9/4/80"
I fully expect similar legalistic tap dancing with his BC.
BTW, even if BHO had appeared at the PO on 9/4/80, he was still a month late by law.
McCain’s candidacy will not be impacted by obama producing a birth certificate. I guess you’re making the assumption that McCain has been beating the drum about this...........he hasn’t and neither has the RNC.
Childern born outside of the US of personnel in the service of the Federal Government (military, diplomats, etc) ARE considered natural born citizens by law. This has been true since the 18th century.

The fact of the matter is that "Natural Born Citizen" only means that you are a citizen of the United States at the time of your birth. There is nothing in the Constitution about having to be born on United States Soil.

This won’t blow up until AFTER the election; it has been kept too-well-hidden by the media, and they’ll continue to bury it until November 4th.
Court cases move slowly and there isn’t enough time to prevail that way.
I see one option left to stop Obama on the “birth issue” (which may not even be possible):
Republican electors must challenge Obama’s eligibility in the Electoral College when it meets after the election (but BEFORE the inauguration). And hold up the vote therein, fight, fight, fight, and make things stick.
If they do this, it will become impossible for the mainstream media to ignore, and the facts will become more widespread.
I believe Obama is hiding something explosive behind the concealment of his birth records which could disqualify him from the presidency.
It will create a Constitutional Crisis of the first magnitude when the truth comes out _after_ he is already installed as president - particularly in his role as “Commander-in-Chief” of the military. Would military commanders still be bound to respect his authority if it were proven he was NOT qualified to be their C-in-C?

I am actually less concerned with Obama’s legal ability to run for POTUS than I am about what he is hiding. No-one in such a public position refuses to release a real copy of their birth certificate unless there is something serious they are hiding. Period.
Well, the disregard for the issue shown by all in authority so far is quite disconcerting, for it shows they have a very poor understanding of or niggardly regard the Constitution.
According to breaking news, the BC may show that Frank Marshall Davis is the father. Among other interesting fallout, that means BHO _is_ a natural-born citizen - disqualification hopes over.
She wouldn’t win because the Obamamaniacs won’t leave his side. However politics is a long term game and would position her perfectly for 4 years from now. Also there’s the added bonus of anger that would be directed at the GOP for “stealing” another election.
And the fed/guv will be most happy to let this commie sh-t on us!

BHO has already perpetrated the largest act of fraud in history with his campaign and should be prosecuted. If elected, he should be tried for treason and executed! That, of course, wouldn’t happen, as his lemmings and puppet masters would prevent it. Think of the consequences: Lyin’ Joe has an aneurysm, Peloser is sworn in as POTUS, etc. If POS BHO is elected, we’re screwed no matter what.
Whether you think the story’s legit or not (I do), the MSM will pick it up eventually. Cause it is a-bubblin’ up. More sources are picking it up.
