Skip to comments.More lawsuits cropping up against Obama - 8 states so far

Why are these lawyers waiting so long to file suit. I'm afraid the election will be over before some of these lawsuits even see the light of day. I don't know if this article is accurate or not, but for what it's worth, see:
Not to worry. 0’s legal team have already secured the “real” birthcertificate by involving the best counterfeiters in the biz.
Where is our government on this. You would think that they would protect this country in such important items like this. If Obama gets elected and they find out later that he is not a citizen, it makes our government look like a bunch of fools. How had could it be to determine if he’s a citizen? End the questions.......NOW.....before the election. Stop the election until it’s settled. Stop the election until Acorn is settled. The Electoral College can also stop Obama if they feel he is a danger to this country. That’s one of the reasons we have the Electoral College.
I haven’t been following this issue very closely so you’ll excuse this question if its already been answered but why are Obama’s birth records “secret?”
Correct me if I’m wrong but I thought birth records were part of public records???
Pennsylvanie, Utah, Washington.....What are the other states involved?
As I understand it, no legal harm has been done until (if) he’s actually elected. Basically no one has standing to bring the suit till then.
It really does bring up an interesting constitutional issue that needs to be dealt with.
While “public record”, you can’t just waltz into a Vital Records office and demand anyone’s BC.
Unfortunately we’ll have four years to sort that out.
Does he say he has the original?
If you go to the link and read it....
it’s on there
Berg makes some interesting arguments that he has already suffered great harm.
They would increase the chances of getting this resolved if they have at least one state in each of the circuits...
Waste of time to leave this so long. The dumbest lawyer could stall this past election day.
And after election day, the suit will become moot. I don’t see any court telling Obama that he must resign. They won’t enter that political thicket.
Once he’s elected he can claim executive privilege.....but he won’t get elected, his negatives are too high.
Even if they produce a "real" one it won't look like the forgery on Kos, and Obama will be outed as willing to lie to his own supporters.
Agreed, but they have an obligation to protect our people as much as possible.....to me this means give us the information we want. They have the means, we don’t.
"The law is an ass."
Here’s the legalese version from another thread.
Sounds like the one person with standing is none other than Hillary Clinton.
He's flying to Hawaii (forget Granny) to oversea the operation personally.
I don't understand how the Secretaries of State of the 50 (57) states, can legally place his name on the ballot without positive proof that he meets the Constitutionally mandated requirements.
I had to provide a birth certificate to get a driver's license when I got my first one. Shouldn't this be at least as important?
Maybe if they add in a charge of Fraud on top of everything else. Maybe false advertising...
there just happens to be a United Moslem’s Conference organized by Namazi, a radical Islamist with ties to big oil, in Hawaii today and tomorrow. maybe this is an additional reason for the trip to grandma’s.
Not until he is sworn in. Between Nov 5 and Jan 20 is the time frame in which the suits challenging his eligibility should be resolved.
I had the same thought, only modified. An Attorney General from a State could file a Conspiracy to Commit Fraud charge against Obama and the officials of the DNC. It could even be a RICO case, since they did this in multiple locations.
