Why are these lawyers waiting so long to file suit. I'm afraid the election will be over before some of these lawsuits even see the light of day. I don't know if this article is accurate or not, but for what it's worth, see:

Where is our government on this. You would think that they would protect this country in such important items like this. If Obama gets elected and they find out later that he is not a citizen, it makes our government look like a bunch of fools. How had could it be to determine if he’s a citizen? End the questions.......NOW.....before the election. Stop the election until it’s settled. Stop the election until Acorn is settled. The Electoral College can also stop Obama if they feel he is a danger to this country. That’s one of the reasons we have the Electoral College.

As I understand it, no legal harm has been done until (if) he’s actually elected. Basically no one has standing to bring the suit till then.
It really does bring up an interesting constitutional issue that needs to be dealt with.
While “public record”, you can’t just waltz into a Vital Records office and demand anyone’s BC.

Berg makes some interesting arguments that he has already suffered great harm.
They would increase the chances of getting this resolved if they have at least one state in each of the circuits...
Waste of time to leave this so long. The dumbest lawyer could stall this past election day.
And after election day, the suit will become moot. I don’t see any court telling Obama that he must resign. They won’t enter that political thicket.
Once he’s elected he can claim executive privilege.....but he won’t get elected, his negatives are too high.
Even if they produce a "real" one it won't look like the forgery on Kos, and Obama will be outed as willing to lie to his own supporters.
Agreed, but they have an obligation to protect our people as much as possible.....to me this means give us the information we want. They have the means, we don’t.
