After half an hour, I still feel terrible for the girl, but we have to be sure, sure, sure here or it’s curtains for McCain and Sarah. All the work of the past 10 days - Poof. Gone. I want the cops to verify that this was not self-inflicted before I go back to DEFCON 2 or below.

Regrettably, I’d have to agree on this. If it happened the way it is being reported, then we can and should rightly blast the despicable tactics of the Obama Cult of Personality.
BUT I am old enough and curmudgeonly skeptical enough to remember Morton Downey Jr. and the swastika-attack-that-wasn’t. We have a lot to lose if we back the wrong horse here.
