If you are right, and I think you are, the perp was right handed.

It would also explain the abrasion on her left cheek and the swelling on that side as well. If I had to "guess", I'd say that the perp had her face down on the pavement with the left side of her head on the pavement, as he sat with her head in his crotch and his right knee across her back, facing toward her feet looking at her back....holding her down this way.

Stand behind someone and put them in a chokehold with your left hand. Write a B on his or her face with your right hand. Turn them around and take a look. It will be just as this picture shows.
