Not to rain on anyone’s parade, but each time a party files or opposes a motion in court they have to include a proposed order with it (written by the party). Thus, it can say anything the party wants it to say but means butkus until the judge actually rules on it. A judge can sit on a summary judgment motion forever.

The real question here is not that an order exists, but whether it has been issued by the judge following a ruling on the motion.

What is not clear is whether the “Order on Plaintiff’s Motion” was prepared by Berg, and submitted along with his motion, or whether it was prepared by the court in response to his motion.I can tell you right now that there is no such Order signed by the Court. This is what Berg submitted with the Motion. The deadline for a response to the motion has not even run yet. Whoever is putting this stuff out has to know better and this is just a sick way for somebody to get their jollies.

Obama’s Mama looks far older than 18 in those pics so she was already a mother of at least one child (Barack) and posing in some guy’s apartment like a cheap 60s Christmas present.

I know that is not Obama’s fault, but who took the pictures? Was it her Dad’s friend Frank? Was she involved in his orgies? Did she approve of him molesting her son?

This is all kind of gross. We knew she was not a good parent but I am not happy to see her like this. And good thing she is sprawled on the floor because how does one walk in those 5 inch heels anyway?

sorry but every motion in a Federal Court has to be submitted with a proposed Court order which the Judge will use if granting the motion.

Until you see a motion with the date and signature on file then the proposed Order is just that—proposed.

This summary judgement motion is probably not going to fly before the election because the time span for the defendant to reply is 30 days from filing, not counting holidays.

Berg is dreaming if he thinks this is going anywhere after filing so late in the day. The Court will move with all deliberate speed in order to avoid getting tangled up in the political process.

In fact, this is filed so late in the election campaign that I can only assume that Berg simply wants some publicity.

I noticed that the story implies Berg/his lawyer wrote the order himself, hoping that the judge would sign.
If the judge is a repubbie appointee, we “might” get a fair case - until it is appealed to a Clinton-Carter judge at least.

But, this might be a bit premature release.
