He may. Hildabeast and Zerobama are not friends, and I think most people expect that McCain would serve only one term, which leaves it wide open for the beast in 2012.
Personally, I think the guy is just a fruitcake. I must mention it every time I post in one of these threads -- the guy filed a RICO lawsuit against Bush alleging that 9/11 was an inside job. He's a truther.

NOPE, that is the KEY issue. Panama was declared a “soverign territory” at the time that our military was there and that is where McCain was born, thus he is actually a natural born citizen. If it were that simple, obama should produce the certificate and it would all end, but he has something to hide.

Adopted children in Hawaii do not get access to their long form birth certificate, if it exists at all.

I have to say that being a Clinton supporter does not disqualify him from being factually correct, nor does it preclude him from upholding the constitution he has repeatedly sworn to protect and defend in the oaths of office from the various position’s he has held.
I don’t think that Berg is interested in getting McCain elected. But why should that diminish the importance of his charges, if proven true would be a constitutional crisis that the Marxist democRATS want to use as a pretext for a constitutional convention.
Obama is suppost to be in Hawaii today, and if his birth certificate comes to the light of day in the next 11 days, then we will all know what the real reason for his trip to Hawaii was, not to see his ‘ailing’ grandmother but to spruce up his phoney birth certificate......

If your parent is a US citizen you are a US citizen period end of story. By the way John McCain was born in Panama. This is another non-issue.

It depends on the immigration laws at any given time.
My father a US Army Korean war veteran is a citizen.
I have a younger brother and sister born in Ireland.
They both had to enter the US for at least 2 years prior to the age of 25 to become citizens.
My uncle Joe also an Army Korean war veteran is not a US citizen, he left the US before citizenship was offered to war veterans.
His oldest son was born in Virginia while Joe was in Korea, and he is a US citizen, since his father serving in Korea, was in the US legally.
Some of his younger kids born in Ireland who came to America in the mid 1980’s had to get green cards.
They had to apply for citizenship after legally being in the US for 5 years.
And if he were to present a copy of his Hawaiian birth certificate certified by Jesus Christ Himself, would that end the suspicions?
Savage is probably soon to be blocked in the U.S. too.
How about his lawsuits against George Bush and Dick Cheney for their part in the 9/11 attacks, not to mention his call for their arrest and prosecution for the 9/11 deaths. Would that shake your faith in Phil Berg?
