this issue is not about Philip Berg, it is about Barak Hussein Obama. Just because Berg is a nut, does not mean that Hussein is eligible to serve as president. Hussein MUST prove that he is eligible to serve. We cannot waive this requirement simply because Hussein says he is black and says that he is eligible. We can't take him at his word. We must DEMAND proof.

Berg may be a certified nut cake. But that does not mean that Hussein is a "natural born citizen".

I am sick of hearing what Berg says he has. Until he makes all tapes etc public, I have to believe he has an ulterior motive and it is to see McCain defeated. He’s hoping the conservatives run with this........ then it will be proven a lie and he’s achieved what he set out to.

I had mistyped earlier. I intended to say that I doubt he’s doing it to get Obama elected, i.e. I don’t think it’s a rouse to distract form other stuff.

Basically, I think this guy is a bitter Clinton supporter and is out for Obama. I really hope that, even if there is nothing to it, it will give enough people pause and rethink Obama before they vote.

Berg claims to have a taped phone call from Obama’s Kenyan grandmother, where she says she was present at the birth of Obama in a Kenyan Hospital.

Not that I think this will come to anything, but you need to brush up on facts. If a child was born out of this country to a US citizen, that citizen must have been a citizen for 5 years beyond their 16th birthday in order for the child to be a citizen. Obama’s mother was 18 and thus that requirement at the time of his birth is not met. I have no idea where he was really born if born in Kenya he ould not be a natural born citizen. John McCain has already proven he met the requirement.

He had to go through some sort of immigration crap when they moved back to the states.

There are a lot of military personnel and non military US nationals living over seas and/ or married to foreign nationals.

My mom never became a citizen - she was scared.
We moved back to Ireland 1968 from the Bronx NYC.
As did many more Irish emigrants from 50’s /early 60’s.

Vietnam, race riots and marches, assassination of JFK, RFK, ML King, Malcom X, students shot at Kent by Natl guard etc etc etc
