This is the same BS that career women have been dealing with for decades. You get ahead, it is because of your looks. You tone down your looks to avoid criticism, you’re “too manish” (or plain, dyke, etc...)

And the criticism comes from other women, not men.

It’s my experience men now accpet women in the workplace at face value, and just don’t worry about this other BS. It’s women that snipe at them about their looks.
