This is just another ploy to try to prevent McCain from attacking him....and the media will be all teary eyed over their messiah.
FWIW, just read on several news sites that it’s an hour last night and then spends the day with her today. Like I said, fwiw.

WELL...isn’t that just TOOOOO WEIRD???? If you were going to visit a relative across the ocean on his/her death bed, you would only stay an hour??? Something definitely stinks here folks....

The article says he plans to spend most of the day with her today. It also says that the family spent a week there earlier and that visit included daily visits to Grandma. (I wasn’t aware of that)

When I went to visit my grandfather that was dying of empysema I dont remember needing my team of lawyers to consol him...and Hawaiin born...SINCE WHEN?!

You need to spend time with dying grandma, so you leave wife and kids at home, get to HI, and visit for an hour before heading back?

I resent having to pay Obama’s way to see his dying grandmother AND to cover up his birth certificate fiasco.
Here’s the deal. Obama had to ask her face to face, if she would say anything when the news of Frank Marshall Davis being his father, leaked out.
First he asked what she would say, then he pleaded with her to keep remaing silent.
Alot of things surrounding this don’t pass the smell test.
I read on another thread that the wife and children didn’t visit with the grandma last visit (vacation) either. Unless she’s got alzheimers or dementia to the extent that it might be frightening to the girls, I’m not buying.
