For once I agree with MO — enough is enough! The BHO family and the press should come clean with the fact that her husband is not qualified based on the rules set forth in the Constitution! The very laws he would be sworn in to uphold — he has already broken or tried to side step.
I don’t believe this story for a minute. API’s press releases sound like they were written by a Nigerian scamster, and so far, NO TAPE, notwithstanding API’s promised release.

The tape is less than an hour. That’s new news for you all. I can validate that the tapes arrived 2 hours ago plus which would be about 4-6pm EST. I was not able to get how or where when asked. His lawyer has restrictions on what he can and can’t say and how I can talk about this to others.
He is a gentleman and a caring and considerate man based on our discussions concerning his site. His language is definitely not American. His terminology was such that I had to verify what he was saying and express them in my terms so he could agree.
We could not discuss anything about the tape content. I understand and did NOT force the issue.
He is concerned about the abuse between the visitors on this site and wishes that folks would treat each other better.
He is confident about this issue and therefore isn’t necessarily concerned about the doubters. Also, he absolutely doesn’t want censorship on this site.
There is a contract/deal in place with a media source. I was not given the details of that. I don’t think that he will mind me telling you that the eagle has landed.
From what I can understand and perceive from the CIA contact story, he is comfortable with CIA folks. That’s all I can remark about that.
I will be at a meeting for a couple of hours and will not be able to respond if you ask a question until I return.

I have written to API. 6 times so far. I emailed Berg, I emailed my contact within FOX.
How many have you contacted to verify their claims?
What proof do you have they are holding an actual recording?
My assumption is based on the facts that I see as clear as day. If they produce the recording and it is validated then that is great...until then it is just a bunch of hotair.
A wealthy man named George Soros has the tape, along with the Whitey Video, he has it in a bank safe deposit, don’t worry, a man will rob the bank, and take possession.
Did anyone see Inside Man, why would the Plummer character keep an incriminating piece of paper linking him to Nazi’s in a safe deposit box, the whole movie is based on something that is so illogical, but then again this post is illogical.

Facing the American people after knowing how some of them are, through the comments they have posted here will not be easy, but API finds it to be the right thing to do.
It is important that what we started comes to an end honourably and with results that the American people, particularly our esteemed readers, have been asking for - that API should release the MO tapes as soon as possible. The Chief Editor will talk about the tapes but will not go deep when it comes to details that may be considered to endanger National Security and implicate persons not present to defend themselves during the show.
Listeners will have enough time to call in and ask any questions they may choose to, but that does not mean they will get answers to all the questions on the spot because API has to be careful in what is to come out during the show and that which may cause unnecessary chaos and put others in unpleasant situations. The US National Security must not be infringed simply because there is an outcry out there insisting to have the tapes’ contents released without care.
The Chief Editor will have no conditions to the Talk Show Radio Host when it comes to what questions the listeners should ask. API is not for censuring readers and the same censure free principle will be practised during Chief Editor’s participation on the talk show.
API looks forward to get reasonable questions and to have a good dialogue with the calling in members of public. API can assure the readers that all those who will call in with reasonable questions will not be disappointed
API hopes that all participants in the show will meet one another with an open mind.

I can tell you that IF in fact Obama is shown not to be a natural-born US citizen as the Constitution requires, and IF he is then sworn in and installed in the Oval Office anyway, then regardless of what any court says (including SCOTUS) the people of the United States will be legally justified in refusing to recognize his authority, and in mounting armed rebellion against the illegal federal authorities.

The MSM has denied every claim that you made on your blog, as has the Obama campaign itself and many Obama supporters. There is NO “conclusive” evidence to support many of your claims.
So, why do you continue to spread those “lies” about Obama?

Just because the MSM media will not research those facts doesn’t mean it hasn’t happened.
Literally everything I say on the blog can be backed up with evidence, videos, documents, there is a trail.
Right now with API all we have is their wild assertions and it looks like they have a profit motivation behind it and they mislead the public by saying FOX was negotiating.
If the recording is valid...then great...bring it out and let’s hear it but let’s do it before the 4th.

The API is sticking to the story. The MSM discarded all of it and you followed along.
Yet you didn’t follow their lead on numerous other stories that they have also ignored or denied. Why?
We are on the same side in this battle for our country, or so it appears. Why are you attacking your own team when we all know that there is more truth than fiction in all of these stories?
