Palin stylist draws higher pay than policy adviser (BREAKING HAIR NEWS ALERT!)

WASHINGTON (AP) -- An acclaimed celebrity makeup artist for Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin collected more money from John McCain's campaign than his foreign policy adviser.

Amy Strozzi, who works on the reality show "So You Think You Can Dance" and has been Palin's traveling stylist, was paid $22,800, according to campaign finance reports for the first two weeks in October. In contrast, McCain's foreign policy adviser, Randy Scheunemann, was paid $12,500, the report showed.

In recent days, McCain and his running mate have tried to douse a furor over how their side spent their money. The Republican National Committee came under scrutiny after the party committee reported earlier this week that it had spent about $150,000 in September on wardrobe and cosmetics after Palin joined the GOP ticket.

In an interview with the Chicago Tribune and Fox News on Thursday, Palin said the clothes bought for the Republican National Convention were not worth $150,000 and said most have not left her campaign plane. She also said the family shops frugally.

Do you object to Obama funneling American taxpayer dollars to his real native homeland of Kenya?

So, the article is telling us that a white collar worker is always worth more than a blue collar worker...and the irony is that the media is trying to help a friggin MARXIST get elected. Elitism and class warfare is alive and well in the media.

Discussing her personal style, Obama said it was “flattering” to be compared to former First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis. “It’s fun to look pretty,” she said, noting that mixes up her style with the assistance of Chicago-based stylist Maria Pinto.

She has two 13mm South Sea pearl necklaces which are quite stunning and precious. Jackie and Barbara wore fakes, though—and looked just as good. ;)

"What is with all the hokie attacks??? We were told that THE ONE is going to win by over 500 electoral votes...so what is with all the panic from the Pravda media???"

The poor wretches in the media want to destroy Palin's character because she represents the greatest threat on earth to them. Sarah Palin's wonderful, glowing personna reflects on the dark souls of these wretches, and not liking what they see they prefer to extinguish the light rather than live with their guilt. Make no mistake about it, this battle goes beyond politics, it's a battle royale between the forces of good and evil. Now, perhaps, those Americans who wondered to themselves why government and the media have labored together this last generation to extinguish Christianity by criminalizing its public expression and marginalizing its benefit to us are beginning to see why. A country founded on Christian beliefs, morals and values, cannot long survive once those beliefs and values have been supplanted by secular humanism. People thought America was immune from major disasters, especially political upheaval.... now we know better. But is it too late?

any information on where Nobama’s money is going??

I heard the Obama campaign had to pay $500K for someone to coach Michelle on wiping that look of rage off her face.

shame the media doesn’t think so as they are far too busy looking into Palins hair and clothes

I mean this could damage the country for years with her hair and clothes policy

forget about Iran, radical and racist plus terrorist connection, forget about Putin, obama’s votes raising tax’s\
nope the clothes and hair is what is more important to this country.
Forget about where he might be born and his votes to take guns, self defence away

ARF

"Well this shows that women do get higher pay than men.

At least when they're paid by Republiicans!

Speaking of hypocrisy, the rankings taken from the last 10 years of charitable giving:

1. McCain
2. Palin
3. Obama (VERY low until AFTER deciding to run for Pres)
4. Biden ($368/year on income of $280K/Year)
