Um. I’ll try to explain this coherently.... :)
Go to the top of any page here on FR, find “Account” and click on it.
Scroll down a bit and find “My Locale”. Click it.
Find your state. That’ll take you to the page where you can post on your State Board.
It looks like you may have to “subscribe” to your home page to post on that board...? (it’s free) :)
Cool. I thought you were talking about something on a CA board or something.
