OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Recalling a run-in 25 years ago with a group accused of voter registration irregularities, U.S. Sen. Jim Inhofe says protesters scattered when he warned them to leave his home in one minute or "I'll kill all of you."

The Tulsa Republican made the comment in an interview published Thursday by the Alva Review-Courier.

I used to be an Okie. I wouldn’t have given them a minute. Twenty seconds should be enough to make it off the property alive.

I have always liked him.

A real man, not one of those DC empty suits.

I didn’t know ACORN has been around that long... and it seems they haven’t changed their stripes either...

He says the protesters were threatening his wife, his children and his home, and that he thinks Oklahomans can understand his willingness to go to any length to protect his family.

Absolutely. You don't have to be an Okie to understand that.

I had forgotten about that! They also used to have an office here in Norman.

Did you hear that Andrew Rice put out a call for more dollars as he doesn’t have any more money to advertise!

Inhofe in a landslide!

Of all the congressmen I’ve watched and admired for 30 years, Jim Inhofe is one of the two best. The other is Duncan Hunter.

If a person has a gun, at least they can convince the hooligans they mean business even if they don’t want to shoot anyone.

ACORN is a slow-growing, but deadly cancer.
We’ve just now realized The USA may have a fatal case of it.

ACORN was founded by Wade Rathke when he was sent to Little Rock,

“I didn’t know ACORN has been around that long”.

I can remember them throwing their weight around in Dallas back in the mid to late 80s. Can’t remember if that particular fight was about housing or “living wage”.

And the American tax payer subsidizes them. How long are we going to continute to pay for the bullets that will kill us?!

Inhofe and Hunter are two members of congress that strongly opposed the recent bailout. We could certainly use a whole lot more like them!
