I'll bet it is overturned on appeal.

And I'll bet that Berg doesn't even file an appeal. He never has before on similar lawsuits.

Berg is already on record (Roger Hedgecock show interview) saying he’ll file with SCOTUS on Monday (Tuesday at the latest).
